We are pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Miller has been cast in the role of Oliver for our 2022 musical production. Joining her is Tim Heerema as Fagin, the mastermind of the pickpockets and Delilah Young as the Artful Dodger who befriends Oliver and gives him a place to stay.
There will be a full listing of the cast once it is completed. Director Sam Los finds himself in need of a few more people to make 'cameo roles' to complete the cast.
'Bill Sikes' is the villain of the musical who has only one song and no dancing. Here is a chance to 'play out of character' (opposite to who you really are) and have some fun with it.
'Mr. Brownlow' is Oliver's well-to-do grandfather, a role that does not require singing or dancing. Just look distinguished!
A third male is needed to fill out the cast. This person sings but does not have to dance.
The rehearsal schedule is set so that a number of actors in the musical do not have to be at every rehearsal but simply 'slot in' for their role.
We'll teach you how to act if you are inexperienced - we welcome everyone!
